Once again, it's not what you think.
Workout recap:
Monday-rest day, work was hectic and legs were tired from Sunday
Tuesday- short bike ride that for some reason felt brutal. We rode MTBikes from the house. I had to ride my old hardtail that doesn't fit right since mine will be in the shop for at least a week. We rode from our house down to a park and rode the hiking trails which turned out to be a pretty cool ride. Total mileage less than 5. So why was I tired, sweaty and out of breath? Hills baby. Nothing but.
Wednesday- took the dogs for a walk after an unfortunate Chinese dinner. Ugh, crab rangoon are the devil. Don't know how far or how long-didn't pay attention. I took the dog in better shape and less controlable. Got snapped at for not keeping her out of everyone else's way. Dumb dog. We ran some, walked some, investigated a drainage ditch. All good.
