When you have stairs.

Across the courtyard is a building with 9 floors. I climbed those stairs 4 times then up to the 3rd floor and back down 2 times. My legs were wobbly.
bent over rows 3 x 8 x 12lb DBs
seated rows 3 x 8 x 50lbs
flys 3 x 8 x 10lbs
