Today I repeated last Wednesday's workout, I'm not keeping the exact schedule for these workouts since I'm staggering biking and swimming in with them. I've decided not to run except the cardio intervals in the workouts, at least for 2 more weeks.
Research Scientist who can't leave work at work and comes home to a very inadequate kitchen to continue laboratory experiments AKA cooking. And check homework, do laundry, run carpool, and occasionally make time to work out.
