New Circuit Workout

1.
Balance Ball Dumbbell press x 20 (10 ea arm)@ 10lbs
Balance Ball Dumbbell fly w/ ab crunch x 15 @5lbs
squats 50 fast body weight
Sprint 1 min at 7 mph

2.
Plank 10 sec
close grip pushup x 5 straight into:
side plank w/inner thigh raise x 10 into 5 sec plank straight back into:
close grip pushups x 5 straight back to repeat side plank on other side x 10 straight to:
BURPYS, yea burpys x 10
sumo squat x 50 body weight
Sperint 1 min at 7 mph

3.
Frog push ups x 20 (think knees under hips, butt in air on balls of feet pushup)
squat thrust x 20 with 30 sec squat hold at end
W shoulder press w/ leg extension x 10 ea leg 8lbs
Sprint 1 min at 7 mph

4.
Bench dip x 20
rope tricep press to failure which was x6 @ 30lbs
static lunge w/lateral raise x 10 ea leg @ 5lbs
Mountain climbers 1 minute
Boat pose 30 sec

5.
Sprint 1 min at 7 mph
bicycle crunches x 50
extended plank 30 sec
