An actual workout posting

Bike ride to the bus stop- probably less than 4 miles, I forgot to set my odometer. Rolling hills.

Upper Body
w/u/ with gravitron at 65 lbs 1 x 8 each dips and pullups
reset to 80lbs 2 x 8 dips, 1 x 5 pullups ouch
bench press 3 x 8 x 55? once again I was in a postition not to know what the bar weighs-I'm guessing
incline bench press 3 x 8 x 45
tricep pulldown split rope 3 x 8 x 30
cable chest fly 3 x 8 x 20 each side
seated cable row 3 x 8 x 50
dumbbell pec fly 2 x 8 x 15
db fly 3 x 8 x 12

I'll have to ride home but that route ends with the nasty climb up Mountain Drive. Ugh. In the heat. At the end of a long day.

I'm having issues and I need more food. I'm having difficulty cutting back, it's hard.
