TGIF

30 minutes on the elliptical XCountry program
first 10 minutes just felt like hell but was feeling good by the end

squats and plie squats with shoulder raise (8lb DBs) -hip sled + 90lbs weight

Some time ago, I asked a "guy" in the fitness center how much the bar on the bench press weighs because the scale in there is always broken so I couldn't weigh it. He tells me 25lbs. Okay, I'm reading other ladies' logs thinking I'm a wuss. I find out today that it's 45lbs. I feel better now.
